Our delivery schedules are as follows:
6am to 10am
10am to 2pm
2pm to 6pm

We deliver daily including weekends and public holiday. Delivery slots are subject to availability. Kindly receive your delivery within 10 minutes upon arrival of our courier at your doorstep.

We also cater to curbside / store pick-up. Pick location Mega Q Mart EDSA cor. Ermin Garcia St., Brgy. E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC.

To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, our delivery service is limited to select locations only: CALOOCAN, MAKATI, MANDALUYONG, MANILA, MARIKINA, NOVALICHES, PASIG, PASAY, SAN JUAN, and QUEZON CITY.

Our minimum checkout amount is Php 500.00 only.

There is no limit for payments made via E-Wallet, Debit and Credit Card.

All payments must be made in Philippine Peso. Mega Q Mart online palengke accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard)

You can use chat box in our store, simply click the Can I get an update on my order status and provide your order number and email address.

Should you need to cancel your order after check-out, please call our Customer Service Support at (02) 8731-7824 / (02) 8731-7828 / (02) 8715-7393. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee the cancellation once order fulfillment has been processed. Should you wish to proceed with your cancellation after processing of your order, you may be charged a fee for the perishable items in your order.

Return of Refund: The return or refund is subject to the following rules:
Replacement or exchange will be done in Mega Q Mart grocery.
All defective merchandise for replacement or exchange must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, along with the original official receipt issued together with the delivered item.
Non-food items must be returned with original packaging and other inclusions (manual, etc.).
Replacement or exchange of perishable goods must be done immediately upon arrival of delivery. Goods must be inspected by the client at once and merchant must be informed if said goods need to be replaced/refunded. Failure to do so may result to goods not being replaced/refunded.
Food items to be returned should at least be 75% intact.

Refund Policy: Refund from Cancelled Orders – refund will be processed after cancellation has been fully processed.
Refunds from Failed Deliveries – refund will be processed when items have been returned to Mega Q Mart with applicable fees for delivery charges and perishable items.
Refund from Returns – Refund will be processed after evaluation of the merchandise by Mega Q Mart.

If client fails to receive delivery on time, ordered items will be brought back to Mega Q Mart and be put in proper storage facility. However, we cannot guarantee freshness of perishable items. It may be arranged for redelivery subject to applicable delivery and handling fees.

Please note that stock availability is subject to change without prior notice. In the event that an ordered item/s is/are out of stock, the corresponding item/s will be refunded outright with its cash equivalent as reflected on the receipt upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate Senior and PWD discount in the platform.
