Returns and Refunds Policy

Return of Refund:The return or refund is subject to the following rules:
Replacement or exchange will be done in Mega Q Mart grocery.
All defective merchandise for replacement or exchange must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, along with the original official receipt issued together with the delivered item.
Non-food items must be returned with original packaging and other inclusions (manual, etc.).
Replacement or exchange of perishable goods must be done immediately upon arrival of delivery. Goods must be inspected by the client at once and merchant must be informed if said goods need to be replaced/refunded. Failure to do so may result to goods not being replaced/refunded.
Food items to be returned should at least be 75% intact.

Refund Policy:Refund from Cancelled Orders – refund will be processed after cancellation has been fully processed.
Refunds from Failed Deliveries – refund will be processed when items have been returned to Mega Q Mart with applicable fees for delivery charges and perishable items.
Refund from Returns – Refund will be processed after evaluation of the merchandise by Mega Q Mart.
